A legal battle between Dylan McGrath and the Mercantile Group over a rescue plan for Brasserie Sixty6 has settled, the Circuit Court has heard.
The rival restaurant owners had been embroiled in a heated row for a year, which featured an allegation that the Mercantile was trying to “drag” McGrath’s business into liquidation.
