Charity warns HSE not to cut family unit at Children’s Hospital
The charity part-funding an accommodation unit for families of sick children at the new National Children’s Hospital has warned the HSE against downsizing the facility.
Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMHC) Ireland is providing about half the funding for a 53-bedroom family accommodation unit at the hospital. It had originally offered to cover the full cost, but has since said it was unable to meet the rising cost of the unit.
