Charity Inspire pushed to overhaul salary scale in effort to plug staff shortages

In its efforts to try attracting and retain workers, the group made the change in April

Staff shortages is the biggest issue facing charity Inspire, according to Kerry Anthony, its chief executive.

Inspire is an all-island charity and social enterprise, whose aim is wellbeing for all. The organisation works with people living with mental health problems, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions. It also works closely with a number of clients in supporting the wellbeing of their workforce such the HSE, the Gardai, the Gaelic Players Association and other civil service organisations.
