Champion racehorse Altior’s sister and foal were targeted for theft, owner says

The breeder of Altior, one of the greatest National Hunt horses of all time, has said he believes he was tracked by thieves who attempted to steal a sister of the champion racehorse and her foal last week.
Altior was bred by Paddy Behan in Tierhogar outside Portarlington in Co Laois, and trained by Nicky Henderson, the legendary English trainer. He won all his five races over hurdles and his first 14 races over fences, ...
