Cerberus trains its big guns on Ireland play

Cerberus, the US private equity group chaired by former US vice president Dan Quayle, is understood to be recruiting heavily here following its €1.4 billion Ulster Bank loan auction win.

Betting on strengthening property values in Ireland, the New York fund – which is advised here by Larry Goodman associate Ron Bolger – is hiring a task force to manage the debt.
