A major cash-for-visa broker operating under Ireland’s immigrant investor programme (IIP) is being accused of fraud and misappropriation of funds by one of his investors.
Colm Wu, a Dublin-based broker who is also known as Guo Quan Wu and Guo Qing Wu, is being sued in the Irish High Court by Diankai Wang, who has an address in Shenyang in China.
Wang and his firm Bo Vision Holdings Ltd have been accused of “fraud, deceit, and fraudulent misrepresentation”, in legal documents that the Business Post has seen.
