Carlow entrepreneur Illann Power arrested following CEA investigation
The founder of spirits firm Incubrands and start-up venture fund Nohovation faces three charges relating to the filing of allegedly false returns with the Companies Registration Office
Illann Power, an Irish entrepreneur from Co Carlow, has been arrested and was brought before the Criminal Courts of Justice this weekend.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Corporate Enforcement Authority (CEA). Power was arrested in Carlow and brought to appear before Judge John Hughes at Court No. 2, Criminal Courts of Justice on Friday evening.
