Capella, an Irish-owned hybrid working solutions provider, has announced the creation of 30 new roles over the next 18 months, in a move that will see its workforce expand by more than two-fold.

The company, which was founded in 2020 by Criona Turley and Victoria Yanakos, was established to help businesses navigate the almost overnight transition to remote and hybrid working during the pandemic.

It provides services in Ireland and abroad, and in August, set its sights on achieving €10 million in annual revenues within five years.
