Campaigners say objectors taking judicial reviews have been subject to a ‘toxic narrative’

The government’s proposed overhaul of the planning system will create a “veritable cat’s cradle of obstacles” that will make it far harder for the public to hold authorities to account through the courts for their decisions, a campaign group has warned.
