Cairn Homes increases inflation estimate up to 7% for 2022
Listed builder expects reported turnover of €600 million this year
Cairn Homes has said it expects total build cost inflation for this year to be around 6-7 per cent across infrastructure, labour and materials based on its experience in the first half of 2022 and anticipated pricing levels for the second half of the year, up from a guidance of 6 per cent inflation in May.
