Cairn expects to close 1,800 homes this year after best-ever period for sales agreed

Country’s largest housebuilder says it expects turnover of €675m and increases share buyback programme to €75m

Cairn Homes expects to close 1,800 home sales in 2023, 18 per cent higher than last year, as the country’s biggest housebuilder upgraded its revenue guidance for the year after reporting its best-ever period for sales.
