Brexit stalemate delays progress on all-Ireland rail network

The stalemate over Brexit and the ensuing failure to form an assembly in Northern Ireland has significantly delayed the publication of a study looking at an All-Ireland rail network.

Nine different rail campaign groups have written to Eamon Ryan, the Minister for Transport, calling for the immediate release of the All-island Strategic Rail review report. These include groups such as the Dublin Commuter Coalition and Rail Users Ireland.
