Bord na Móna could use power station waste heat to grow cannabis

Waste heat from power stations could be used to warm greenhouses for cannabis cultivation by Bord na Móna. However, a change in the law and a new state agency would be needed if cannabis was to be legally cultivated in Ireland, according to the semi-state.
