Warring shareholders at the Blackrock Clinic have been summoned to court this week in a surprise move by Commercial Court Justice Robert Haughton.

It is thought that the judge, who has presided over several bitter rows pitting beef baron Larry Goodman against surgeon Joseph Sheehan and US-based developer John Flynn, will urge the protagonists to consider mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
