The US Ambassador to Ireland has led a moving ceremony in memory of the victims of the Berkeley balcony collapse.
Speaking onthe first anniversary of the tragedy, Kevin O'Malley said that American people extended their heartfelt sympathies to the families and loved ones of the students who were killed or injured in California.
