Leading tax experts have warned that the Irish financial services industry, and the aircraft leasing business in particular, could be harmed by the OECD’s anti-tax avoidance campaign.

Tax practitioners are concerned that a particular measure – action six – in the OECD’s Beps process, which is designed to combat so-called ‘treaty shopping’, could hurt financial services in Ireland.
