Galway developer Gerry Barrett has filed a fresh affidavit in relation to the battle with Deutsche Bank over loans attached to a large portion of his assets. As the matter returns to court on Tuesday, Barrett will take issue with what he claims is the relationship between FLM, Deutsche Bank’s appointed credit servicing agent, and a company that was the proposed purchaser of the Meyrick Hotel.
