The EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier has said Brexit talks are far from making the progress needed because Britain is asking for the impossible, asthe third round of negotiations ended in stalemate.

“No decisive progress was made on the main topics,” Barnier told a news conference in Brussels alongside Britain’s Brexit secretary David Davis. “At the current pace, we are far from seeing sufficient progress.”
