Bankruptcy trustee tries to stop Dunne’s new trial bid

Sean Dunne’s US bankruptcy trustee has filed a motion seeking a stay on any further action on Dunne’s motion for a new trial.

The move comes after Dunne’s lawyer last week asked a judge to order a new trial or reduce the €18.1 million judgment which a jury ordered his ex-wife Gayle Killilea to pay in June, after agreeing that Dunne had fraudulently transferred some assets to Killilea.
