Bank of Ireland has replaced Ulster Bank as the country’s only member of IBOS, an international banking association which provides multinational companies with networks to aid overseas expansion.

The move comes after Ulster Bank, previously Ireland’s IBOS member, announced its intention to gradually exit the Irish market over the coming years.
