Bank of Ireland raises fixed mortgage rates for second time in three months
Lender had previously increased its fixed rates for new mortgages last November
Bank of Ireland fixed mortgage rates are to rise by 0.75 percentage points, effective immediately, in the second interest hike implemented by the lender in the last three months.
