Anti-terrorism measures in force as 850 gardaí on duty for parade

More than 850 gardaí will be patrolling the streets of Dublin today for the St Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Anti-terrorism measures will be implemented throughout the day aimed at protecting the safety of parade goers. Over half a million people are expected to be on Dublin streets today to participate in the festivities for our national holiday.
