Analysts to review next year’s forecasts for Grafton Group

The hardware business’s revenue for the first half of 2022 is up but the general macro-economic situation is uncertain, according to Davy Stockbrokers

Analysts have said they will review their 2023 forecasts for Grafton Group, in the context of the increasing economic challenges.

The hardware business, whose brands include Woodie’s and Chadwick’s in Ireland, last week released a trading update, stating that it has no reason to adjust its full year operating profit expectations at this stage.

In addition, revenue for the first six months of 2022 is up 12 per cent year-on-year.
