Grace Dyas brought former Gate Theatre boss Michael Colgan’s behaviour to light with one explosive blog post. She says she won’t stop exposing abusers of power until Ireland is an entirely safe space

It’s just after noon on a Wednesday, and a 28-year-old woman with highlighted blonde hair stands in the hallway of a ground floor flat in Inchicore in Dublin. Dark eyebrows knitted, she gives a soft hello. This is Grace Dyas, the director and playwright who, three weeks ago, went public on her encounters with Michael Colgan, the former artistic director of the Gate Theatre.
