AIB has to hand over documents to a liquidator who claims the bank controlled the use of money lent to a family accused of a €4 million fraud on their own development company.

Aidan Garcia, liquidator of Sloyan Brothers Ltd, has alleged that company land at Abbeyglen in Cabinteely, Co Dublin, where 44 apartments were built, was transferred to members of the Sloyan family without payment.
