Activ8 Energies acquires 50 per cent of Allbrite

Irish solar panel company Activ8 Energies has acquired 50 per cent of Allbrite, a heat pump company also based in Ireland.

In a statement Activ8 Energies said the acquisition consolidates its position as a “pioneering force” in renewable energy solutions in Ireland, combining its solar expertise with Allbrite's heat pump knowledge.

The value of the transaction is undisclosed.

Since its establishment in 2007, Activ8 has worked on more than 17,500 solar panel installations.
