ABP gives green light for 262-unit complex in Saggart despite Defence Department’s objection

An Bord Pleanála has given the green light to fast-track plans for a 262-apartment development in Saggart, despite opposition from the Department of Defence and “serious concerns” from South Dublin County Council.

Tetrarch Capital has received permission, with conditions, to proceed with the construction of a new scheme made up of 185 apartments, 51 houses and 38 duplex units at the Mill Road in west Dublin.
