Overcharging scandal erupts at insurance giant

Almost 10,000 consumers are being given refunds by insurer RSA after a major overcharging incident.

The Sunday Business Post has learned that the Irish arm of the London-listed insurer has had to pay out €2.1 million in refunds after errors were made when calculating motor insurance premiums.
