Irish Times reports that nearly 2,000 drivers have avoided penalty points for speeding by making contributions to the court poor box.

- Trinity College is drawing up plans to expand its campus into the Silicon Docks area on land it owns facing Bolands Mills which is currently used to house spin-out companies from university research.
