Fox News is pushing back hard in the $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit that has been taken against it by Dominion Voting Systems.

The broadcaster has accused the voting machine company of “cherry picking” from depositions and discovery documents without context, and denied suggestions that it is likely to settle ahead of what is expected to be the biggest defamation case ever heard in a US court.
