Vulture fund sues ex Nama manager

A vulture fund has lodged a High Court debt action against a former Nama portfolio manager who now runs his own real estate consultancy group, CL Asset Management.

Stapleford Finance, an affiliate of US giant CarVal, initiated summary proceedings against Colm Lundy and minority company shareholder Susan Taylor last Tuesday.
