More than thirty people are confirmed dead after a series of attacks across Brussels this morning, with nearly 200 injured.

The mayor of Brussels Yvan Mayeur has said that around 20 people died and 106 were injured in the attack at Maalbeek metro station.

The Belgian minister for health has said that the casualties at the airport, which was later confirmed by the Belgian prosecutor as a suicide bomber, is 11 dead and 81 wounded.
