US fund in €320m bid for Blackrock and Hermitage clinics

HIG Capital, a multibillion dollar US private equity fund, has made a dramatic play to acquire two of the country’s best known private hospitals, lodging bids worth a combined €320 million for the Blackrock Clinic and Hermitage Clinic.
