Tyrrelstown: Twinlite boss offered units to housing agency

Serious question marks over whether a deal could now proceed

Rick Larkin’s Twinlite property company approached the Túath housing agency in January to sell a large number of houses in Tyrrelstown, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

The agency, a member of the Irish Council for Social Housing, is currently evaluating its position but there are serious question marks over whether any such deal could now proceed, according to a source.
