It should come as no surprise, but consensus is that Hillary Clinton came out ahead in a debate that saw Donald Trump refuse to say whether he would accept the result of the election, and saw him claim that his opponent's campaign had arranged a "fabrication" that saw nine women claim in recent days that he had made unwanted sexual advances towards them.
