Truck drivers may block M50 over tolls after European Vat ruling

One freight company owner told this newspaper that drivers could carry out rolling blockades

Truck drivers are considering blockades in protest over the failure to cut tolls on the M50, even though Vat is no longer included in the charge since last week.

Amid growing anger over the failure to pass on the cut, one freight company owner told this newspaper that drivers could carry out rolling blockades.

Since the beginning of April the M50 toll operator is no longer allowed to include Vat because of a European Court...
