The Irish state should sue Big Tobacco and consider litigation against vaping companies which target minors with their marketing, one of the world’s top anti-tobacco litigators has said.

Jodi Flowers of Motley Rice – the legal firm depicted in the 1999 Russell Crowe film The Insider - told The Sunday Business Post that her company had a growing number of clients considering cases against vaping companies in the US.
