Title dispute over land at five-star Lough Erne resort

A dispute over an alleged title claim related to lands at the five-star Lough Erne resort is set to go to court this week.

Local businessman Roy Cathcart has lodged proceedings against the high profile Fermanagh hotel’s receiver, KPMG, in relation to a title claim that the receiver rejects as unfounded.
