Three rejects Irish Water bills as proof of address

Three Mobile is refusing to accept Irish Water bills from new customers as proof of address

The company does not believe in the reliability of Irish Water’s database of 1.5 million customers, which has been put together using information from customers and from state agencies.

State-owned bank Permanent TSB is also declining to accept Irish Water bills as proof of address for the same reason.
