Edenmore Farm Meats is at the bloodiest end of an already bloody industry. Inside the walls of this small factory in Lifford, Co Donegal, cattle are destroyed, skinned, disembowelled and boned. Then they are sent to butchers around the country, and further afield. It has been that way at Edenmore for almost 20 years.
