For the last two years, the media mogul Denis O’Brien has alleged that a public relations firm called Red Flag was involved in a conspiracy on behalf of an unknown client to defame him.

Red Flag has denied both doing so and that O’Brien suffered any harm or loss from a dossier it compiled. The dossier is mainly composed of newspaper clippings, plus a couple of reports on O’Brien and a draft speech...
