One of the first Irish people to open their home to Ukrainian refugees hopes others will do likewise to help those escaping the brutal Russian invasion.

Colin Baker, founder of Back From the Future, a technology services provider, is housing three members of one family at his home in Dublin.

“My sister reached out to me through a friend of hers in a Suzuki violin school. She was looking for help for people coming over. I realised I had two rooms in my house and I called my brother and he had some space too,” Baker told the Business Post.
