Noelle O’Connor has been running beauty businesses for the best part of three decades so she knows that fashion and economic trends can change quickly.
But that doesn’t faze her.
“You can get comfortable sometimes when things are easy,” she tells the Business Post, as we chat in her home office near the Curragh in Kildare. (Her other home office is halfway between Rome and Pisa in Italy.)
