Supermac’s founder Pat McDonagh is planning to add more hotels to his portfolio.

McDonagh, who already owns The Killeshin Hotel in Portlaoise, the Charleville Park Hotel, Cork, the Loughrea Hotel and Spa, Galway and the Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick, said he was looking at buying one or two more hotels.
