Stylish growth on cards for retail giant Penneys

North America and Europe will fuel growth at the Irish retail phenomenon. Jack Horgan-Jones reports

Analysts are predicting impressive growth at fashion retailer Penneys, which is set to remain with its British parent company Associated British Foods (ABF) despite calls from some quarters for the business to be hived off.

Major jumps in revenue are set to roll in from new markets as the retailer expands its footprint in North America and continental Europe, analysts told this newspaper.
