Smurfit hails ‘great victory’ as K Club case thrown out of court

Former employee found to have ‘lied continually’ in action over alleged threat by the millionaire businessman, writes Tom Lyons

Dr Michael Smurfit has said that a former manager at the K Club told “innumerable lies” and a “load of BS” about him and others in a failed action in the High Court.
