Size matters: Offaly tops list for largest one-off houses

Data reveals the average floor size of homes that received planning permission in the county last year was almost double the national average

New figures show that Offaly had the largest one-off houses in Ireland last year.

The average floor size of houses which got planning permission in the Faithful County was a whopping 273 square metres.
