Court of Appeal finds unanimously in favour of former Justice Minister's challenge to Guerin report

Former Minister for Justice has welcomed the Court of Appeal's unanimous judgment in his favour following his legal challenge to the Sean Guerin report which was published in May 2014.

He described the outcome as "a huge relief".
