The Irish services sector expanded at the fastest pace in three months

The Irish services sector expanded at the fastest pace in three months in May as new orders were helped by the fall in the euro against the dollar and sterling, a new survey shows.

The Investec purchasing managers' index (PMI) for the services sector stood at 61.4 in May, up from 60.6 in April but below the eight-year high of 62.6 recorded last December.
