Seasonally adjusted hiring outlook up four per cent

Large employers plan biggest workforce gains

For its Employment Outlook Survey for Q4 2015 the workforce solutions specialists Manpower Group surveyed 620 employers and finds cautious hiring intentions.

Six per cent of employers anticipate an increase in staffing levels. Four per cent forecast a decrease and 88 per cent expect no change. The net employment outlook is plus two per cent.

Adjusted to allow for seasonal variation, the outlook stands at plus four per cent.
